|Recommended: YesI moved here back in April and love all the amenities 605 West End has to offer Club Room, Pool with covered lounge area and tvs. There is even a guest suite for my out of town guests Maintenance is handled very quick and that staff in the office are so friendly and handle any and all issues with urgency. I love the location as I'm able to jump right on and off the highway with ease. Love all the resident events too, especially

|Recommended: NoBetter with Bell — Ever since Lincoln Properties took over the property the quality of the property staff was severely negatively affected. Staff correspondence through email came off as extremely rude. Within less than a month the quality of the outdoor landscaping and pool area had suffered. There was little obvious and clear communication regarding the new payment portal. I will avoid renting with this property company in the future and will NOT be recommending it to anyone.

|Recommended: YesClean and safe environment. Staff is very friendly and maintenance is super responsive — I had a pleasant time living here short-term. I never had any issues, especially with neighbors or staff. Amenities were typically well kept. After new management came in, it also looks like the grounds are kept up with a lot better. I only wish there was an additional or two additional doggy waste stations.

|Recommended: YesI LOVE IT HERE — Living here is the best. This place is so nice. The staff makes you feel like a priority and they actually care about their tenants. The location is great, the apartments are a great size, and whenever I need help, the staff is quick to answer any questions I need. The amenities are great and I always tell people, I'm unsure how I got so lucky to find such a good place that is reasonably priced and safe. I have absolutely no complaints. I love living here.

|Recommended: YesAbove and Beyond — Based on when the apartment switched ownership, when it comes to social events the staff that attends are great as they are genuinely interested in interacting with members of the community and like hearing feedback. I hope the amount of social events increase as its nice to meet people in the complex since COVID restricted everything until recently.

|Recommended: YesIts okay so far — Everything is great, however my bike got stolen from the bike area in the parking deck despite being locked on my first week living here and I saw the cops talking to someone who got his car broken in to less than a week after. Makes me concerned about the safety security. Please put cameras in the parking deck.
