The saltwater pool, fitness center, mail center, and office center have all been major perks to have for my use as well The property staff have gone above and beyond to assist any concern or need I have and are always kind to me

|Recommended: YesGreat location while rent is kind of pricey it is probably cheaper than any other apartment complex downtown. Not super noisy, pretty diverse families, students, professionals, different ages races, etc. . I've had some issues with my heater hot water, and It took me pushing the office to get updates on when it would be fixed. The maintenance staff is nice, but like another poster mentioned, unable to fix the issue overall. At this point, I'm just living with it. The old office staff was not helpful when my power bill tripled because of my hot water heater issue I hope the new staff is a little more receptive to issues like that. I noticed that someone else mentioned that rent was raised during COVID it definitely wasn't consistent. Some people's rent was raised when their renewal period came up during COVID, and other people's rent was not raised when they renewed during COVID, which was incredibly unfair. Overall, I have no major complaints I will probably renew my lease again.

I've lived here for 4 months and don't know anybody really.

|Recommended: YesSolid reliable choice for the area — Solid range of amenities - pool, gym, grill, lounge, some room to walk around. Occasional events obviously not the past year help build a needed community feel. Location is good, with downtown walkable. Apartment quality has held up after 4.5 years in residence. Depending on where your windows are facing, you may have some traffic noise - W Chapel Hill St is a large road, and Gregson is often used to go down towards 15-501 business.

|Recommended: NoNice for a short lease but would not live here long term. — I have had several maintenance issues in my apartment so far after only living here a couple of months. The maintenance people are very timely and come quickly to my requests, but can't seem to fix the overall issues. I have emailed the main office a few times and haven't gotten a response until I go down myself in person. My floor plan is nice and spacious for a one bedroom and is very close to downtown. The pool area is also nice and well kept, but the gym hours are inconvenient for someone who works 8-5. Overall, I only signed a six month lease but would not continue on with my lease here.
